Accounts and orders

Creating an account is not necessary and you can check out as a guest without having to register.

However, creating a Bortex account has many benefits such as:

- Reviewing past purchases

- Receiving live tracking information

- Save your address and card details for faster shopping

Yes, this is possible. There is no need to place a new order if you want to make changes. If you want to cancel or change your order, send us an email on webshop@bortex.com.mt before the order is dispatched, and we will make the necessary amendments.

Shipping and Returns

You can easily return an item bought online for a refund by following our returns process here.

Items bought online can be exchanged at our stores for items of the same value or higher. For a refund the return must be done through the website. Please contact our customer care team, on webshop@bortex.com.mt.

Our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from date of purchase.

Gifts bought online can be exchanged in our stores.

Please show the gift receipt provided with your order.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days from the ready for pick up notification.

If not picked up, your order will be cancelled and any payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Our orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centre located in Malta.

Our logistics partners do not deliver to Post Office boxes or collection points.
